Drivers who operate their vehicles while under the influence of alcohol are responsible for close to one out of every three traffic-relatedfatalities. While drink-drivinghas decreased over the last few decades, alcohol-impaireddrivers are still a major cause for concern on the road. Distracted driving, especially from cell phones, has become a leading cause of fatal car accidents as well. Laws to curb this dangerous behavior are sometimes difficult to enforce, and many people still use their phones while driving on a regular basis.
